SNL skit idea

This may have already been done...skit where main character has food stuck in his/her teeth all the time. Create uncomfortable/funny situations...like board meeting, lunch meeting, coworkers don't want to look at the persons mouth, but they have to discuss business, etc. Many possibilities.
